A Few Months Back I Got Red Filled Sac Of

A few months back I got red filled sac of liquid that got really big on the side of my nose, after about a week the soreness went away and the size went down but now I have a small hard lump (doesn't feel "liquidy") that is a little red , it's rather annoying and it's been there for about 3 months Wo h no signs of going away. I think it's a "calcified" cyst..but I'm no doctor so I don't know..I want to know want happened and why it's there and can I get rid of it?
