A Few Of My Daughter's Fingernails Are Uplifted From Her

A few of my daughter's fingernails are uplifted from her skin at the cuticle. (one toenail is almost completely off also) Towards the end of July, I suspected she had HFM. However, the bumps went away within a few days and she has been completely fine ever since. Is this a normal reaction weeks after having the virus?
