A Few Weeks Ago I Had A Pinched Nerve And
A few weeks ago I had a pinched nerve and could not stand up or walk. went to ER got meds finally went away but was bed ridden for almost a week or more
. however the past week I have encountered, something that feels like a kink in the middle of my back along with what feels to be extreme heart burn. I will take an anti acid and some motrin and it seems to subside in about 30 min. the center of my back between my shoulder blades feels as though someone has there knuckle pushing in it.
