A Few Weeks Ago I Had Strep Throat. I Finish

A few weeks ago I had strep throat. I finish my antibiotics as prescribed and my throat improved tremendously and didn't hurt to swallow anymore. However, I'm noticing that my tonsils are still swollen and they have a tiny bit of white puss on them. The big red flag is how ever since I had strep my uvula has been deviated to the left side. I have had mononucleosis before. What could be wrong? I have not suffered any head injuries so I'm doubtful the uvula has to do with my cranial nerves.
