A Few Weeks Ago I Hit My Chest When I

A few weeks ago I hit my chest when I fell in the jacuzzi. And now when I turn the wrong way, when I laugh, cough, sneeze, when the seatbelt sits on my chest. It always hurts. It won't go away. When I lay wrong, idk what it is. There's a lump and its swollen, but everyone I've talked to said If it was broken, I'd be in unbearable pain. Idk what to do.
