A Few Weeks Ago I Was Admitted To Hospital With

A few weeks ago I was admitted to hospital with rapid heart beat of 125. Blood results came back abnormal. They seemed to think I had reared heart muscle tissue but I discharged myself from hospital I am awaiting an ultrasound as an outpatient. Any ideas what happened to me?
