A Few Weeks Ago, My Husband, 59, Experienced Numbness In

A few weeks ago, my husband, 59, experienced numbness in his left arm for about 30 seconds. Today, both arms went numb for about 30 seconds, and he had tunnel vision within a half hour. The tunnel vision lasted 45 minutes, followed by a headache for about 30 minutes. He is a p.e. teacher and coach, but did not get injured in these exploits. Any ideas? Thank you so much, Mary Ann
