A Few Weeks Now I Have Been Having Severe Pains

A few weeks now I have been having severe pains in my lower stomach it feels like contractions sometimes it goes away quickly other times it can last all day I went to the ER they said I had a supraumbilcal hernia a right adnexal cyst what is wrong I can't that much more pain
