A Few Years Ago, I Used Nair (hair Removal) And

A few years ago, I used Nair (hair removal) and the first time I didn't get an adverse effects, so I used it again and that time it gave me a burning, itchy, rash, but i didnt do anything about it. So recently, i just now went to the doctor b/c the bumps are still there. She said it was really nothing and gave me hydrocortisone cream. But it bothers me that they are there, is there any kind of surgery or anything to get rid of the bumps?
