A Fluid-filled Swollen Area On The Left Side Above The

A fluid-filled swollen area on the left side above the collar bone and the base of my neck appeared yesterday morning. My doctor ordered x-rays which ruled out any lung issue. The swelling this morning is no better and possibly larger. I am scheduled for an ultrasound tomorrow. Have you any ideas what might have caused this?
