A Friend Just Was Told Her Blood Work Showed Inflammatory

A friend just was told her blood work showed inflammatory issues in her abdomin,and elevated levels in her blood work.scheduled her for a CT scan asap.won't give her any other info.she had blood work done as she was having some diarrhea and feeling very tired.what could she have?she looks very tired and pale .no more diarrhea though.
