A friend keeps trying to get me to try the supplements by the name of RELIV. I am very healthy, on medication to control high blood pressure and will get about one cold a year. I usually take a multi vitamin daily and extra calcium. I am 68 years old. What is a good response I can give her without being totally rude? These supplements are very expensive.
