A Friend Of Mine Has Been Diagnosed With Cancer Cells

A friend of mine has been diagnosed with cancer cells that were found in fluid removed from the stomach. He has lost 85 pounds in the last 6 months. Has stomach discomfort. Weakness and no appetite. We are waiting to hear from the cancer specialist but they may take a week or more. Do you have any idea where this cancer may be located by these symptoms. His pancreas is enlarged as is the prostrate.
