A Friend Of Mine Has Been Put Into An Induced

A friend of mine has been put into an induced coma following a bad fall. His family said that when the doctors are bringing him out of it, he doesn't open his eyes but he is fidgetting a lot, like he is rolling a cigarette and also as if he is taking a drink from a cup - is this a good sign that there is still brain activity?
