A Friend Of Mine Is On Dialysis And Was Prescribed

A friend of mine is on dialysis and was prescribed a new medicine called Sodium bicarbonate 10gr(650mg) and omeprazole 20mg and it has him very sick he's been throwing up for the past hr and very nauseous these two meds were just recently prescribed I'm wondering if he was prescibed the wrong meds or dose ..and is it possible for him to take zofran for the vomiting
