A Friend Of Mine Used Cocaine Tonight, He Snorted Around

A friend of mine used cocaine tonight, he snorted around 1.5 grams. He now feels like he is swallowing his uvula. Kind of like the uvula is a loogie that's being swallowed everytime he swallows. It's elongated touching his tongue but not very swollen width wise. He was plugging one nostril and snorting very hard to get the coke through his nose and it felt like he swallowed something came through his sinus. And now he just has the sensation of swallowing his uvula. What should he do? Will the situation be okay or does he ne3d medical attention immediately?
