A Friend Of Mine Was Injected In The Neck By

A friend of mine was injected in the neck by someone with some meth however though there isn't hardly any swelling he says he can't feel from his chin to his ear pretty much the left side of his face to the collarbone. What could be the problem is it nerves and if so will they come back to feeling soon or what. He is pretty concerned.
