A Friend Of Mine Who Is A Caregiver, Has Been

A friend of mine who is a caregiver, has been under a great deal of pressure lately. She is a 55 year old female that is obese and has had in the past been treated for CHF and is currently battling vertigo. She doesn't eat real healthily and lifts more things that are heavy than she should. She said she felt something tear in one of her eyes. The vision is blurry but other than the fatigue she has, she feels ok. Could you tell me please what the tearing is? Thanks!
