A Friend Of Mines Said The Doctor Told Her That

A friend of mines said the doctor told her that her heart is 15% what do that mean .She was in hospital for 2days she came home yesterday she said she's gotta go bac to the hospital tomorrow. I don't understand if it 15% percent why will they let her go .
