A Friend Of Ours Has A Subachroid Hemorrhage Two Weeks

A friend of ours has a subachroid hemorrhage two weeks back and is still in icu on a ventilator. ..breathing on his own through the tube and they put him on vent at night to rest him..all sedation meds have been stopped he yawn and moves legs up and down with brief moments of opening eyes slightly...are these signs he's waking up or signs of sever brain damage?
