A Guy Cut The Thumb Part Of A Glove And

A guy cut the thumb part of a glove and it was stuffed with 3-4 ecasty pills and the pills were wrapped inside of a paper towwel and he put in side the glove thumb and tied a knot at the end of it and inserted it in me without me knowing. We went had drinks and he disrepected me. So my question is how can i get it out?
