A Lady Patient Gets A Pain Below The Abdomin On

A lady patient gets a pain below the abdomin on the left hand side. The pain is such that some one is porking needle. this type of pain she gets continously. somtimes she gets more pain as though some one is porking needle with graet force.Doctor had adoubt of inguinal pain.So she was ask to go for Sonography for Inguinal Harnia region + Pelvis. In fact Songaphy has been below the abdonin from riigt to left,but her report is normal. Please note that she is daibetic Patient Please help us What would be the reason and how to over come the problem
