A Little 2 Years Ago I Was Told I Have

A little 2 years ago I was told I have a large bulky uterus with 10.9cm left fundal myoma and not to worry. I'm 57 years old and notice my stomach is bigger than normal, I feel bloated with pressure all the time. It hurts when having sex. I'm gain weight although I'm walk 1 hour per day, watch what I eat. Can all of this be from the cyst. What can I do to have this remove?
