A little embarrassing, but I need so guidance on this issue. I was having sex with my girlfriend a couple of days ago when I felt a tear with excruciating pain with lots and lots of blood.

I had a large tear just under my penis, on the piece of skin that connects the foreskin to the head. It is so painful that I am not able to walk properly nor cud do anything freely . I feel as if a knife is present there . which ointment or cream I hv to apply for quick healing of d wound .
