A Little Over 4weeks Ago I Had A Surgical Abortion,

A little over 4weeks ago I had a surgical abortion, I spotted and cramped like they said I would, my breast hurt up until about a week ago. I am still spotting, how ever yesterday I started bleeding heavier, I figured I was starting my period, so didn't think much of the cramping that was starting again, it's a little more painful than after the abortion. Also today I had tissue about two inches long the width of a pencil and consistency of finger hello on my pad. Very dark purple\reddish tissue, not like a blood clot, tougher tissue then that . Should I be concerned and seek a doctor
