A Little Over A Week Ago, I Had Constipation For

A little over a week ago, I had constipation for 2 days with very foul smelling gas. Following that I've had 1 day of moderate diarrhea, and now a low grade stomach ache. Also, my mouth has become really dry no matter how much water I drink. Should I go see a doctor, or wait a little longer while continuing to hydrate?
