A Lymph Node Behind My Right Has Been Up For

A lymph node behind my right has been up for around a year and a half now. I have been to the doctors twice and they have just said "they will go down eventually." However they haven't so I went back they said it's nothing to worry about. I have no other symptoms. Could it just be a blockage? I don't know what to do??
