A man , 70 years old, who is on plavix, asparin, and Apixaban, and has to go off of one, because blood is too thin, and just had a heart attack, which one should he choose to remove, in your opinion, so that he doesn't end uo with blood clots. Please help us, running out of time. Thank you.
