A Man About 63 Yrs. Old Has Severe Nose Bleeds

A man about 63 yrs. old has severe nose bleeds and body aches all over. Drinks excessively and chews tobacco. No history of high blood pressure although he has had a stent or two several years ago. Going into hospital for tests. Any ideas what might be happening? Thank you.
