A Mirror Just Fell On My Head About 40 Minutes

A mirror just fell on my head about 40 minutes ago , it left a small gash right above the corner of my eye, about 3 inches from my temple and it swelled up pretty quickly. My head is throbbing around the whole area and the cut is still burning . I ice but that seemed like too much pressure . I feel like i cant raise my voice to a normal tone because it causes pain to my head i also feel like ny eyes rather stay shut . I am a 20 yr old student with no insurance !!! Please help
