A Month Ago The Hearing In My Left Ear Was

A month ago the hearing in my left ear was blocked my ear felt full. I went to the chiropractor got an adjustment he looked in my ear said it looked unhealthy like he had never seen, white with black spots almost like a mold. I went across the street to an audiologist who checked my eardrum said it was fun, looked in my ear said there was a foreign substance inside go see an ENT. It was the day before thanksgiving couldn't get in to see an ENT so i went to an urgent care clinic. They flushed my ear which felt great I immediately regained my hearing he said i had an ear infection , gave antibiotic drops and i went on my way. Now almost exactly a month later i am beginning to get that full feeling again. My ear feels wet and i got a few black specks on a Q-tip. Any ideas on what this is and what i should do? My husband looked with our ottiscope and said it looks white in my ear.
