A Month Back I Got It Tested Ultrasound Abdomen Levis

A month back I got it tested ultrasound abdomen levis scan test. Found post void 110 ml. Urologist prescribed Rapilif-D 8/0.5 one at bed time for one month. After again scan tested and post void 15ml. He told to continue for 1 to 2 years. He told side effect of this is sperm goes back and will have sex problem. 5 days back he suggested alternative medicine ALFOO TAB one at bed time and using for last 3 days. And told to use.
I. want to know the side effects of Alfoo using for long time? My age 70 years. Scan report prostate enlargement - grade-1 and fatty lever grade-1. Does it have motion problem? Because of many side effects using alopathy medicine my friend suggested to go for Homeopathy medicine. Need your suggestion.
