A Patch Of Skin On My Buttox Close To My

A patch of skin on my buttox close to my anus burns whenever there is any contact or friction on it (my pants/underwear, my hand, toilet paper, the other buttox). i cannot see any redness or swelling or anything, but it is hard for me to get a good look at the area. What is this and what can I do to fix it?
