A penile ureathral swab came back with result of 2+ Pus cella and 2+ Gram positive cocci. Despite this man being on a full weeks coursev of Erythromycin 500mg QDS and Metronidazole 400mg TDS persistant leakage of pus (Purlent green) persists. Any idea on what antibiotics should be changed to as no sensitivies were preformed despite them being requested
