A Rash Started On My Ankles Then Moved Up The

A rash started on my ankles then moved up the back of my legs and now on stomach and some on arms. Rash is poison ivy like as the blister like rash is very itchy and fluid filled. It is not poison ivy as I have not been anywhere to contract it. It does form scabs that fall off fill again with fluid then itches again.
