A Recent CT Scan States The Following: Left Perihilar And

A recent CT scan states the following: left perihilar and infrahilar consolidation extends into the left lower lobe with diffuse air bronchograms and some associated volume loss. A band of scarring extends to the posterior pleura of the left lower lobe where there is a 8mm focal modularity, axial image 45 of series 102. 5mm nodularity in the scarring of the lingual image 23. Right lung clear. No edenopathy. Hyper-enhancing 12mm nodule in the left liver is subtly present since August 2013 PET CT and unchanged in size. Diverticulosis of the visualized colon.
I was diagnosed in 2013 with a sguamous cell carcinoma in the left neck lymph node and treated with both radiology and chemo. Subsequent CT scan in September 2014 revealed no recurrence in the neck but growth on anode in the left hilum, near or on the left lung. More radiation and chemo in 2014 which led to this current follow up CT scan.
What is going on and what might I expect from another CT scan in August?
