A recent blog on GoodRx (www.goodrx.com/blog/category/prescription-drugs/) stated that " Ibuprofen and Naproxen use could cause a false-positive test result on a urine screening for barbiturates, THC (cannabinoid) and PCP". Is this correct and where can find another reliable source. I failed a urine screen and while NOT a barbiturate user, I frequently use Advil and Aleve. I would like to present my case to my doctor who thinks I am a user. Can you help me provide my doctor with additional medically reliable reference please?
