A Report On A Recent CT Chest Exam States Coronary

A report on a recent CT chest exam states Coronary artery disease is noted. Is this minor or major?
When I went for an office visit with doctor nothing was said, I had not read the report in "my chart" before the doctor visit so did not bring it up. Only noticed the statement when I read the report later and it is just those few words in the report, but now I am worried about it.
