A Six Year Old Girl Has Been Showing Excitement Since

A six year old girl has been showing excitement since age 2 by closing her eyes and waving her hands. It only happens when excited or very happy. She is in first grade and her teacher told the girls mother that it was a "tick" and needed to see a doctor. The teacher said that if the mother didn't take the child to a doctor, that the school would take care of it.
