A Skunk(s) Is Living Under My House Via A Hole

A skunk(s) is living under my house via a hole dug by an animal. House smells horrible and seems to be poisonous. Made me nauseous, had to run out of house. Have asthma which is constant now; usually seldom have any episodes. Is this stuff harmful to my lungs, eyes etc?? What lab work might be needed?
