A Small Hard Lump Has Formed On The Upper Bridge

A small hard lump has formed on the upper bridge of my nose. It started as if it were a large spot, but 3 or 4 months later, it doesn't seem likely. It's hard and does me no pain, even when provoked. The area is almost unnoticeable and the lump has to be felt to be noticed. It also can't really be moved and has stayed in the same place for the whole time.
