A Small Rash Along One Side Of My Nose Began

A small rash along one side of my nose began around October. I thought it would go away but has spread slowly to my chin and mouth. Only one side of my face. Not very noticeable. Slightly itchy and not going away. No oozing or flaking, just bumpy and reddish.
