A Street Dog Has Bit My Husband On His Leg

A street dog has bit my husband on his leg now. He was wearing a pant but the there is a small mark with a drop of blood. He is 36yrs old and 66kg in weight. he went to the Govt hospital and got injected now. The doctor has prescribed 4 doses of the injection in which one has been given now. The dose is as : 23/03- today, 26/03, 30/3 and 20/04..Kindly suggest what else need to be done. Is there any diet to be followed.
