A Very Good Morning! My Kid Is 22 Months Old,
A very good morning!
My kid is 22 months old, weight 11.5 Kg is under your medication.
He is having cough and cold and I have given the following medicine
1)Nebulizer twice for 3 days
2)Nasovision nasal drop twice for 3 days
3)Rellent twice 3 days
However still he has running nose and congestion in his nose and throat. Also from last two night he gets cough so much at around 2 P. M or 3 P. M that he ends up vomiting.
Can you advise me which medicine should I give him, and what is the reason of his vomit at night time only, so that I can take some precaution for that.
