A Week After Delivering My First Baby. I Noticed Rash

A week after delivering my first baby. I noticed rash likwith bumps over the areas where stretch marks are located. It started at my tummy and waist but them spread to my legs. Skin is extremely itchy. I'm afraid of medicine as I'm breast feeding. And my gyno apptoo is weeks away. What do you diagnose recommend?
