A week ago Friday I almost fell down the steps at work, I stove my left leg it felt fine until Tuesday when I went to exercise, the pain shot, went to my family doctor on Wednesday I had x-ray because he didn't like the grinding, and the tenderness it is swelled up and there is indention now
