A Week Ago I Got A Temp Crown . A

A week ago I got a temp crown . A little soreness a few days but, now a week later the tooth right behind the one that they crowned hurts and I have to continually take Advil which helps. No root canal, and the tooth had a small crack in it. My jaw hurts some too though to my ear. My dentist is not working today, it's another week before the permanent one is ready? Hate to keep eating Advil another week?
