A Week Ago I Had Pain In My Right Elbow.

A week ago I had pain in my right elbow. From past experience I know it to be nerve pain. I treated with ice and IBU. A few days later it was gone but then extreme pain in my wrist. Right side of the wrist where the bone sticking out is. Again for the next four days I treated with ice and ibu. Today the wrist pain is completely gone and now I'm having pain in my elbow again. the elbow pain both times feel like nerve again. This whole time... no fingers tingling or numb.
