A week ago, I received unprotected oral sex from a woman I just met. It lasted 2 minutes and she left quickly after. The next day, my inner thighs were a little red and itchy. This persisted for a few days, and then my anus and butt cheeks became a little red and itchy too. I don't have fever symptoms or trouble urinating or any discharge. My actual genitals aren't affected, just my inner thighs (a little bit) and my butt cheeks (which itch more frequently). It's an annoying itch. Could this be an STD?
