A Week Ago I Woke Up From A Pain In

A week ago I woke up from a pain in my left testicle, I went to see the doctor that day, he checked it out and asked for a CPT and Ultrasonography I did both and he told me I suffer from epididymitis he gave me these meds (Alphintern, Ciprodiazole and Arthineur) I'd been on them on 5 days then I had a fever, shall I continue the same meds?

And here is a question, my left testicle is still swollen and stuck to scrotum , is it a problem? I'll see the doctor again after 2 days anyway.
